Group Coaching

Real practice for real conversations.

Group Coaching

Real practice for real communication.

We’ve all been there

Regret

Misunderstood

Frustrated

Ignored

Overwhelmed

Irritated

Unseen

Self-conscious

At the heart of each of these moments is a difficult conversation.

We promise ourselves we'll handle it differently next time.

So we read, we learn, we try... but without a place to practice, the cycle continues.

If any of these feel familiar, you're exactly where most people start.

It’s time to break the cycle.

You've read the books.

You've attended the workshops.

You know what to do.

So why are we still here?

Many conversations are too important to risk (and too few and far between) to practice building your communication confidence.

That’s why Touchpoint provides a place to practice skills such as self-regulation, boundary-setting, presence, and silence that, when mastered, can break the cycle of avoidance and regret for the moments when communication matters most.

What do you want?

Hold steady when

emotions rise.

Say what you

mean to say.

Hear the meaning

behind the words.

your super power.

Use silence as

Less reaction.

More intention.

Not sure where to start?

Fewer

misunderstandings

Confidence without

guilt or regret.

Talk less.

Think more.

What our clients say

  • "Jennifer's coaching program gave me the tools I needed to turn the tide. She helped me help myself- asking thought-provoking questions, offering valuable insights, and welcoming me into a group that quickly started feeling like a family. Jen is incredibly well-rounded in her coaching abilities: intuitive, grounded, resourceful and dedicated to helping her community. I was surprised to see my confidence and capability grow with every workshop. Since working with Jen, l'm calmer, patient, and able to navigate triggering situations. I wasn't expecting to gather so many insights about myself! That's what working with a coach as unique as Jennifer offers...true internal growth and awareness. I wholeheartedly recommend the trigger points workshop to anyone interested in bettering their life and relationships. Thanks for it all, J."
