The Story Behind Touchpoint
For more than thirty years, I’ve worked with people across organizations, communities, and families. My background spans Human Resources leadership, business ownership, and healthcare, including multidisciplinary clinics and palliative care.
These experiences have given me a clear view of how people show up when the stakes are high. Across every setting, one pattern repeats. The challenge is not the work. It is the conversations around the work.
Leaders believe they are being clear, yet the people around them remain unsure. Not because expectations are not set, but because they do not land. When emotions, accountability, and pressure come together, even capable people soften the truth, avoid issues, or shut down.
As technology and polarization increase, this gets harder. People struggle to read emotion, speak honestly, and work through disagreement without withdrawing or escalating.
I created Touchpoint to help people step into difficult conversations and handle them well. When the conversation matters, how we handle it shapes what happens next.
I am determined to ensure my daughter grows up in a world where people talk to each other.

Simple. Grounded. Real.
Put conversations into practice with care, confidence, and conviction.
Where we’re headed
A world where leaders don’t avoid hard conversations; they lead them. Where technology supports connection, not replaces it.
How we’ll get there
In coaching, we get granular so you get clear on what to say and how to say it. In groups, you practice in real time with direct feedback and different perspectives. Together, we'll strengthen your ability to handle conversations confidently when they matter most.
What ignites us
Effective conversation is where trust is built or broken. It’s one of the things that stands in the way of clear expectations, feedback, and respect. Good conversation converts learning into action.
In a world of noise, speed, and disconnection, real conversations matter more than ever. Future generations depend on it.
“This work is deeply personal to me. As a parent, I’m constantly reminded that confidence is not confined to one person alone; it’s shaped by the quality of the conversations around us.
If real progress is to be made, we must remember that in every conversation, each one of us is responsible for what we contribute, and every single one of has something to learn from the person on the other end.”

Working with me.
“We are all bozos on the bus” —Wavy Gravy.
In return for your authenticity and hard work, you’ll get an unrelenting partner who will tell you the things others may not. People work with me when they want a coach who is direct, down-to-earth, imperfect, and genuinely invested in them.
I’ll lift you when you reach, challenge you when you avoid, and stick with you when the downwind blows.
I’ve got you…we’re in it together.
